1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation or order verification.
Processing time may be slightly extended during:
 High order volume periods
 Sale or promotional events
 Festival seasons
 Government holidays
 Courier partner delays
 Stock verification or quality check requirements
We always try our best to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Coverage
Currently, The Velevessa ships orders within India only.
International shipping is not available at the moment. If international shipping becomes available in the future, the details will be updated on this page.

3. Shipping Options
We may offer the following shipping options depending on your location, order value, courier serviceability, and product availability.
Standard Shipping
Shipping Fee: ₹49 Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 working days after dispatch Available: Pan India, subject to courier serviceability
Standard Shipping is our regular and economical delivery option for most locations across India.
Express Shipping
Shipping Fee: ₹249 Estimated Delivery Time: 1–4 working days after dispatch Available: Selected serviceable locations across India
Express Shipping is suitable for customers who want faster delivery.

Rush Shipping
Shipping Fee: ₹350 Estimated Delivery Window: Priority / Same-day delivery, subject to serviceability Available: Selected locations only
Rush Shipping is available only where our courier or local delivery partners can provide priority delivery.
Important conditions:
 Orders must be placed before 5:30 PM
 Available Monday to Saturday only
 Not available on Sundays or public holidays
 Service depends on stock availability and location confirmation
 Confirmation from our support team may be required before dispatch

4. Try & Buy Service
Service Fee: ₹350 Estimated Delivery Time: 60–180 minutes, depending on location Available: Selected pin codes only
The Try & Buy service may be available in selected locations, subject to stock availability and confirmation from our Customer Care Team.
How Try & Buy Works
 You may select up to 4 products per request
 A maximum of 6 products may be allowed in one order, including size variations
 Our delivery partner brings the selected products to your doorstep
 You get up to 15 minutes to try the products
 You can keep what you like and return the rest instantly

5. Cash on Delivery Policy
Cash on Delivery may be available on selected orders and locations.
A ₹100 COD handling charge may apply on Cash on Delivery orders.
To avoid COD charges, you can choose a prepaid payment method during checkout.
Prepaid Order Benefits
Customers choosing prepaid payment may receive:
 Faster order processing
 Lower chances of courier delay
 Extra offers or discounts, if applicable
For example, we may offer an extra 5% discount on prepaid orders above ₹1500, subject to ongoing promotions and website terms.

6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
 Shipping method selected
 Delivery location
 Order value
 Package weight or size
 Courier partner charges
 Special services such as Express, Rush, or Try & Buy
The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your account dashboard, depending on the contact details provided at checkout.
Tracking information may include:
 Courier partner name
 Tracking number
 Tracking link
 Estimated delivery status
Please allow some time for the tracking link to become active after dispatch.

8. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order placement.
General delivery timelines:
 Standard Shipping: 3–7 working days after dispatch
 Express Shipping: 1–4 working days after dispatch
 Rush Shipping: Same-day or priority delivery, subject to confirmation
 Try & Buy: 60–180 minutes, subject to location and availability
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier serviceability.

9. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable, does not answer calls, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, the order may be marked as undelivered or returned to origin.

10. RTO and Reshipment Policy
RTO means Return to Origin, where the courier returns the order back to us due to failed delivery.
RTO may happen due to:
 Customer unavailable
 Incorrect or incomplete address
 Wrong phone number
 Customer refusing the order
 Customer not responding to courier calls
 COD order not accepted at doorstep
If an order is returned due to customer-related reasons, a ₹200 reshipment fee may be applicable to resend the order.
However, if RTO happens due to courier partner operational issues, The Velevessa may reship the order at no additional charge after verification.

11. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are accurate before placing an order.
The Velevessa will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Once an order is shipped, the shipping address usually cannot be changed or redirected.

12. Delivery Delays
Although we try our best to deliver orders on time, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
 Festival rush
 High order volume
 Public holidays
 Government restrictions
 Severe weather conditions
 Natural disasters
 Courier partner delays
 Strikes or transport disruptions
 Incorrect customer details
 Remote location serviceability issues
In case of delay, our team will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with shipment updates.

13. Damaged or Tampered Package
If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.
If you have already accepted the package and notice damage or missing items, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with:
 Order ID
 Clear photos of the package
 Unboxing video, if available
 Description of the issue
Claims reported after the mentioned time may not be accepted.

14. Lost Shipment
If your shipment is lost by the courier partner, The Velevessa will coordinate with the courier company and investigate the issue.
After verification, we may offer one of the following:
 Replacement shipment
 Store credit
 Refund, if applicable
The final resolution will depend on courier confirmation and order status.

15. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on location, courier regulations, product type, or local laws.
If a product cannot be shipped to your location, we may contact you to offer an alternative solution or cancel the order with applicable refund.
